Aromas of red raspberries and dusty chocolate are prevalent with hints of toasty oak and spice. This Cabernet Sauvignon is soft in the palate with layers of berries, cocoa, spice and silky tannins.

Production: 4,130 cases
Moderately early bud break with near-perfect weather through bloom. The mid season rain did not effect quality; it was just enough to wash the dust off the leaves. Fairly warm through harvest, but the cool nights helped keep quality high.
The grapes were crushed and fermented in small stainless steel tanks, temperature controlled to ensure quality. The wine was pressed at dryness then aged in both barrels and tank for 14 months.
